Managers' site visits

Managers’ site visits have been piloted in the network since 2013 in order to enable a productive bi-lateral transfer of professional experience in the field of music training, orchestra management, and audience development.

The project has been continued within the cooperation project MusXchange 2015–17 and continues with the new cooperation project MusXchange 2018-20 to create a well-rounded learning and exchange experience between EFNYO managers, and to enhance the quality of collaboration between project partners. Under MusXchange 2015-17, the sub-strand involved site visits of 3-4 days of duration of around 10 managers over the project’s duration. The senior/junior managers participating in this scheme were sent by OFJ/France, OGI/Italy, CYO/Moldova, NNYO/Norway, JOA/France, NJO/Netherlands, and NYOS/Scotland.
